How can we help you?

If even with the Predict service, you can not make the delivery, Chronopost offers a website called "How can we help you?" dedicated to the addresses where they can access if they are absent on the first delivery attempt. Through this website Chronopost gives the online buyer total freendom to manage his order. In case of absence, the recipient will be able to reschedule a new delivery attempt, through a specific area of our site, or typing www.chronopost.pt and entering "How can we help you?" or by reading the QR Code in the delivery notice.
